Pre-Approval
The pre-approval is the next step in the process. By filling out the Mortgage Application, we will be able to secure the loan that best suits your needs and portfolio.
The following documents will be needed:
2 most recent years tax returns, all pages, schedules, and forms
2 most recent years W-2s
Current, consecutive paystubs covering a thirty-day period. This is an item that will need to be constantly updated with us throughout the loan process.
2 months of asset accounts, all pages, for all assets you wish to disclose for the loan process. These need to be updated with us as new ones arrive.
Contact name and phone number for doing Verifications of Employment.
If you have a preference for an insurance agent , provide his or her name and
contact number.
Mortgage statements for your primary residence and all investment properties.
If your taxes and insurance are not included in your mortgage payment, please provide
documentation showing the payments for both.
If you are divorced and obligated to pay child support, we will need the complete divorce decree and child support agreement.
